Zarina Nasib
Sustainable Index Product - Bloomberg
Zarina Nasib is based in London and works in Sustainable Index Product at Bloomberg, where she leads the development of innovative offerings in response to the evolving sustainable investment landscape and regulatory shifts. She spearheads key initiatives in close coordination with Bloomberg’s sustainable data teams, driving joint market-leading developments in the space.
Before joining Bloomberg in August 2023, Zarina led the Sustainable Investment Fixed Income Indices at FTSE Russell. Zarina was responsible for expansion of key corporate index offering and thought leadership on how to address sustainability within fixed income space.
Prior to FTSE Russell, she held several roles within the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), including in Capital Markets, where she focused on creating a private placement platform to enhance access to debt and equity capital for high-growth private companies, and in the Post Trade Division, where she specialized in market risk within the fixed income team. Earlier in her career, Zarina worked as a consultant at VRM, a boutique advisory firm specializing in market risk hedging strategies for institutional investors. Zarina holds an MSc from Imperial College London and undergraduate degrees from Charles University in Prague and University College London.
