Rosanne is a seasoned investment professional with a track record in the African PE/VC/private credit industry. With 17+ years of investment experience, as CEO, Rosanne has built AHL into an evergreen $100m+ AUM pan-African impact-focused investment firm, investing across the fintech, agri and climate sectors, through a variety of debt instruments, and select growth equity and fund investments. AHL is the impact investing strategy and arm of a single-family office. Based in Nairobi, Rosanne holds several board seats in high-growth businesses, including Twiga Foods and Hatch Africa. Prior to AHL, Rosanne worked in renewable energy and commercial agricultural investing across Africa and lived in Mozambique for 3 years. Rosanne has degrees from the University of York and the London School of Economics (MSc).
