Dr. Rémi Viné-Spinelli is an economist specialized in the areas of migration and remittances. He holds a Ph.D. from the IHEID. He is currently an academic supervisor and a lecturer at the IHEID and a consultant at UNCTAD, working on Project Finance.
He has a wide-ranging expertise in the field of remittances and he has conducted research in various contexts, such as prices of remittances in the context of climatic shocks, the dependence of remittances in Tajikistan, family reunification.
