Dr. Philippine de T’Serclaes is the Chief Sustainability Officer of Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE® Company providing businesses and people with collaborative virtual environments for sustainable innovations.

As CSO, she leads the company’s overall sustainability strategy & engagement, including portfolio development and customer business engagement towards Net Zero. She has 23+ years of international business experience, having worked in strategic, executive and senior operational roles related to business transformation, finance, clean technology deployment, energy efficiency, change management and innovation. Additionally, she is a recognized thought leader, published author, and public speaker on topics related to, for example, circularity, sustainable business transformation, net-zero strategies, and change management.
