Olga Nilova (she/her) is a Global Business and Human Rights Specialist responsible for developing and implementing UNDP programming on business and human rights (B+HR) at the global level, with a focus on the respect for human rights in the financial sector. Olga has over 10 years of experience as a human rights specialist with the UN Development System. Before joining the UNDP Governance, Rule of Law, and Peacebuilding Hub in Geneva, she worked with UNDP, OHCHR, and the UN Resident Coordinator’s Offices in Southeast Asia.
