Senior Manager, Alumni & Partnerships - Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP)

Michelle van Waveren’s mission is to encourage people to create positive change in the world. At CSP she continues to build on the network of wealth holder alumni who have taken CSP courses. She encourages them to put their acquired knowledge into practice and helps establish meaningful connections with peers, so that they have inspiring companions on their impactful learning journey.

Michelle is fascinated by systemic change to uncover the root causes of complex problems, address these by activating stakeholders in the system, and working with them to bring about positive change. She is involved in the project “Systems Change of the Private Wealth System” by the “Coalition for Impact” (C4i), a network of partners.

Prior to joining CSP, Michelle worked in communications in the private and public sectors. Wanting to have a greater, positive impact on people and planet, she joined the B Corp movement and became a B Leader to support companies in using business as a force for good.
