Michael Fox is the CEO and Co-Founder of EarthXCG.

EarthXCG is the leading infrastructure operator for environmental asset origination, powering the creation of scalable, auditable, and regulatory-aligned assets for capital markets trading – renewables, carbon, and ecology credits. Developed in partnership with Microsoft, the platform incorporates AI and advanced analytics and provides comprehensive data management and automated verification.

Prior to starting EarthXCG Michael founded Blue Think Group, and previously had the privilege to work as a C-level leader for several of the world’s most respected companies including Chief Operating Officer at Proton, Chief Information Officer at Falabella, Chief Digital Officer at HSBC, and Managing Director at Microsoft.

He is a proven executive leader of complex high-growth international businesses having driven corporate strategy, technology, operations, and P&L management. Michael has extensive experience across digital, software, information technology, retail, telecoms, and financial services.
