Lucas Tschan has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector with a strong focus on impact investing and innovative finance. As Head of Advisory and Member of the Executive Management at iGravity, he works with development partners, investors, and enterprises to design and implement solutions that mobilize capital for sustainable development. His expertise spans across impact-linked finance, blended finance structures, and investment strategies that drive measurable social and environmental outcomes.

Before joining iGravity, Lucas held several positions at responsAbility Investments, where he focused on Micro- and SME-finance and executed buy-side transactions across emerging markets. He started his career in the financial sector in Switzerland. He holds an M.A. in Political Economy and lives with his family in Zurich, Switzerland.
