Laure is Head of Investor Engagement at ShareAction, an independent charity and expert on responsible investment. As Head of Investor Engagement, Laure leads a team focused on driving responsible investment practices across the financial sector.
The team produces research, analysis, and guidance on key responsible investment issues, aiming to equip investors with credible, evidence-based insights. Laure spearheads direct engagement with asset managers, pension funds and investment consultants to catalyse change across the investment ecosystem.
Before joining ShareAction in March 2025, Laure had an over 20 years of experience in strategic and executive roles in finance and sustainability in the energy sector.
