Korbinian Kantenwein is founder and CEO of Nature Wealth, a foundation driving targeted investments in nature priority areas across Africa, South America, and Asia—regions with the highest biodiversity and climate impact potential—by developing scalable financial products that connect nature conservation and carbon sink projects with market demand. In developing a fund and establishing an asset manager, Nature Wealth works with established NGOs with proven track records in these regions and takes a hands-on approach to implementing concrete projects. As a founding member of the European Biodiversity Coalition, which brings together over 50 DAX companies and partners including Innovate4Nature to work on biodiversity challenges, the foundation benefits from extensive corporate networks. As a board member of an environmental foundation, he advocates for the Frankfurt Zoological Society, and as an advisory board member of Climate Farmers, he promotes regenerative agriculture.
