Heiko Specking

Project Lead Switzerland - The International Bateson Institute

With over 30 years of experience enabling long-term business practices and exploring new pathways toward transformation, Heiko combines regenerative principles with a new role of philanthropy, social-environmental investments, biodiversity gain and resource security.

Passionate about transformation and evolutionary sparkles, he is very interested in issues like regenerative ecosystems and monetary flow, the challenging topic of the availability and quality of water and food, and dreams of a plastic-free world.

Since 2019, he is collaborating with Nora Bateson and the International Bateson Institute and is a certified Warm Data Host. He regularly organizes Warm Data Labs in person or its online format People Need People. With the Warm Data practice, he explores levels of mutual learning possibilities, particularly within a family business setting or other communities of practitioners. Part of his work is to encourage learning across generations and to better understand the ecology of communication through various contexts.
