Egle Sakalauskaite is the Head of Responsible Investing at Bregal Investments, where she leads responsible investment strategy across the platform and underlying funds. Since joining Bregal in 2019, she has played a key role in integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into investment processes. With over a decade of experience advising companies, investors, and asset managers on sustainability strategy and implementation, Egle brings deep expertise in ESG integration, responsible investment, and climate risk management.

Prior to Bregal, she was an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she supported businesses in embedding ESG principles and managing climate-related financial risks. Earlier in her career, she held specialist roles at leading sustainability consulting and advisory firms, including DNV GL and EY, focusing on stakeholder engagement, green finance, and sustainable investment strategies.
