Deike Diers is a leader Bain & Company’s Sustainability and Private Equity practices. Over the course of more than 14 years in consulting, Deike has gained broad experience working with financial investors on due diligence work, value creation plans, and fund strategies.

Specifically, Deike supports financial investors in integrating responsible investment practices into their investment value chains from climate strategy definition, operationalizing net zero commitments, to Sustainability value driver identification in due diligence and value creation planning, as well as preparing for a successful exit. She is co-leading Bain’s support to the SMI and iCI initiative on the private equity decarbonization roadmap (PMDR).

She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and bachelor’s degrees from both the University of Portsmouth and Münster University of Applied Sciences (European Business Programme).
