Dr. Dawid Bastiat-Jarosz

Dawid Bastiat-Jarosz is the CEO and co-founder of SWISOX, a financial marketplace empowering sustainable IPOs and democratizing access for next-generation investors.
Over the past five years, Dawid has been developing policies for the transition to carbon neutrality in hard-to-decarbonize sectors and, separately, reforming financial markets (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR) as a member of the European Commission’s Platform on Sustainable Finance. Additionally, Dawid teaches sustainable finance at the Geneva’s IHEID.
Before this, Dawid spent a decade in managerial and executive roles within development finance and regional development for public and non-governmental organizations.
He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
