Christoph is Partner at Emerald Ventures, leading Emerald’s Global Energy Transformation Fund. Christoph is also a titular professor and advisor to the President of the Swiss Federal Technical Institute in Lausanne (EPFL), and is in the boards of Colibri Energy and IneraTec. Prior to joining Emerald Christoph was CEO and Secretary General of the World Energy Council (WEC) for ten years and before that Senior Director and member of the Executive Council of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in charge of Energy. In 2012, Christoph was a member of the high-level advisory group to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Sustainable Energy for all.
