Casper Havinga is Investment Director at AGRI3, a blended finance fund unlocking private capital for sustainable agriculture and forest protection. He brings over 15 years of experience in development finance, with a strong track record in structuring and managing investments across Africa, Latin America, and Asia. At AGRI3, Casper leads the investment and portfolio management activities, working with financial institutions and agribusinesses to scale climate-smart and inclusive agriculture.

Before joining AGRI3, Casper spent nearly 12 years at FMO, the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank, where he held various roles spanning the full investment cycle.
