Caroline is the President of CJC Advisors SA, a second-generation multi-family office established in 1976 in Geneva, Switzerland. In her role, Caroline advises multi-generational high-net-worth individuals and families on their succession planning, family governance and NextGen challenges to secure healthy generational continuity and longevity. Prior to joining her family’s business, Caroline was Northern Trust’s second Vice-President of the Global Family Office team, responsible for looking after large single-family offices and providing fiduciary and custody services. Furthermore, Caroline worked within the Investment Management division of Lombard Odier Group in London, where she deepened her knowledge in investment management solutions for the family office industry.

Caroline is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also a Junior Board Member of Project Rousseau and an affiliate of FBN (Family Business Network). Caroline attended the International School of Geneva and graduated from Cass Business School (City, University of London) with a BSc in Business Studies with a specialisation in Finance.
