Alina Mastai
Head of Climate Services and Communications - Correntics
Alina holds a Master’s degree in Atmospheric and Climate Science (ETH Zürich) and a Bachelor’s degree in Earth System Science (University of Zurich). After completing the Master’s in October 2022, she joined Correntics as a Climate Data Intern, contributing to the modeling team within the National Centre for Climate Services (NCCS) Impacts program, focusing on the development of an interactive tool to assess the effects of global climate change on Switzerland’s economic performance and key supply chains, alongside client-oriented projects. She later became a full employee, continuing in these roles while also taking on broader project and communication responsibilities. Since November 2023, Alina has been serving as Head of Climate Services and Communications, leading climate-related risk projects and managing external communications. In 2025, she additionally took on the role of Product Owner, where she engages closely with customers and partners, translates stakeholder needs into actionable development goals, and bridges the gap between the internal development team and strategic business objectives to ensure both successful project delivery and long-term product growth.
