Alexandra Santana Hulsbos is a visionary entrepreneur and finance professional who founded Dimarjan alongside her husband Adrianus Hulsbos. Under her leadership, the company focuses on four key areas: developing large-scale agroforestry projects for carbon removal and soil restoration, creating community impact through job creation and food security, providing verified carbon offsets through blockchain technology and satellite monitoring, and driving sustainable economic growth by reinvesting in rural infrastructure including water wells, solar energy, and schools.
As Finance & Operations Lead for Dimarjan Angola, Alexandra oversees accounting, local compliance, and day-to-day coordination of projects across the country. Fluent in Portuguese and deeply connected to Angola’s cultural landscape, her operational expertise has been instrumental in structuring multi-stakeholder partnerships and ensuring financial transparency throughout complex field operations.
