Meet the Building Bridges 2025 Future Leaders!

The Future Leaders Programme is a new feature of Building Bridges 2025 (30 September – 2 October), designed to foster access, inclusion, and leadership among the next generation of professionals working at the intersection of finance and sustainability.

This is a shared commitment to intergenerational inclusion, and an offer to our Founding and Event partners: to support bridge-building among future leaders who are connected across sectors, geographies and institutions.

Objectives of the Programme:

• Create access to high-level, cross-sector dialogue for young professionals from across the Building Bridges network
• Support partners in investing in the development of future sustainability and finance leaders
• Encourage connection and peer learning between emerging professionals working on finance, ESG, policy, development, or systems change
• Showcase aspirations of young professionals as they enter or shape careers in a rapidly changing financial landscape
• Enable shared learning across generations on what it means to lead for sustainability and systemic transformation
