Gwen Jettain

Chief Commercial Officer - Pelt8

Gwen Jettain's expertise in innovation & transformation combined with his passion for sustainability led him to co-found Pelt8, a Swiss based startup helping companies to make their sustainability reporting efficient and auditable, where he currently serves as their Chief Commercial Officer.

Mr. Jettain began his career with a Junior Financial Controller role at Autoneum Holding AG in 2011. Between 2012 and 2020, he was a consultant at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd, ADAPTOVATE, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Swiss Re. In 2022, he became a Shareholder at Time for the Planet.

Mr. Jettain holds an MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and a Master in International Business/Trade/Commerce at EBS Paris - European Business School which included three semesters abroad (Pace University - Lubin School of Business, Shanghai University, and Universidad Villanueva).

Germana Barba

Senior Policy Coordinator - B Lab

Germana Barba is a Public & Regulatory Affairs expert. She has long-term experience engaging with policy makers, civil society, and key opinion leaders globally to build awareness and understanding about the FMGC industry. She currently coordinates B Lab Switzerland’s Policy-related activities. Germana is Adjunct Professor in Public Affairs at the University of Pavia and in Business Ethics and Corporate Sustainability at the Rome Business School. She is a Global Women in Public Relations Board member. Germana holds an MSc in International Relations, and an MSc in EU Studies, both from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Samuel Brown

Head of Climate Risk Insights and Solutions - CelsiusPro

Samuel Brown has a background in Climate Science and consults the public and private sector on how to become more climate resilient as well as disclose climate-related financial risk. Mr. Brown is a co-organizer of the Swiss Climate Reporting Forum and Project Manager of "Impacts of Global Climate Change on Switzerland" (NCCS).

Michael Hegglin

Head of Sustainability Department - SkyCell

Michael is heading the sustainability department at SkyCell, where he is advancing green pharma logistics. Under his environmental leadership, SkyCell has set Science-based CO2 targets, switched to renewable electricity, and received the EcoVadis Gold Medal. Before joining SkyCell, Michael worked as a sustainability consultant in the US, Germany, and Switzerland. Michael has studied environmental sciences at ETH Zurich, in combination with Yale University.

Fabienne Sigg

Programme Manager - UN Global Compact Network Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Fabienne is a Programme Manager with experience in leading and organizing thematic workshops and activities to support companies in aligning their corporate strategies and operations with the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals. As part of the team, Fabienne plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the offered programs and trainings contribute to companies' successful implementation of the Agenda 2030. Since 2022, she has been part of the Swiss TNFD consultation group. Fabienne studied International Relations at the University of St.Gallen and earned a Master's degree in Political Science at the University of Zurich.

Marcus Haendel

Head Investor Relations and Sustainability - Cembra Money Bank AG

Marcus heads investor relations and sustainability at Cembra, a Swiss bank with 1 million customers. Marcus has more than 15 years of professional experience in investor relations, financial and stakeholder communications, financial and non-financial/ESG reporting as well as corporate governance for listed and pre-IPO companies. He is lecturer for investor relations at the HWZ University for Applied Sciences in Zurich. He holds an MBA (lic.oec.HSG) from University of St. Gallen.
