A student-led workshop, for students to imagine the responsible wealth manager of the future. The idea is to confront the aspirations of the youth with the business realities. The goal is to push wealth managers out of their comfort zone to broaden their perceptions and develop new tools.

Jann Ewerhart

Group Sustainability Programme Lead - Pictet Group

Jann Ewerhart is the Group Sustainability Programme Lead at Pictet, responsible for driving the Pictet Group’s strategic Responsible Vision Programme. He has led key initiatives such as the establishment of Energy Transition Convictions and setting SBTi approved science-based targets.  

Rosa Sangiorgio

Head of ESG - Banque Pictet & Cie SA

Rosa Sangiorgio is leading the Environmental Social and Governance effort for Pictet Wealth Management. She has over 22 years experience in structuring, managing and distributing traditional and responsible investment solutions for institutional and private investors globally. Prior to joining Pictet in 2020, she worked for several major European financial institutions. Since 2012, she is focusing on Sustainability and Impact Investing, most recently leading the Sustainability and Impact Investing effort for Credit Suisse Investment Management.  Rosa is a CEFA charter holder and a TEDx speaker.

Michael Urban

Chief Sustainability Strategist - Lombard Odier Group

Dr Michael Urban is Chief Sustainability Strategist at Lombard Odier Group (the Group). He joined the Group in 2020 and previously held the position of Deputy Head of Sustainability Research. In his current role, Michael supports the Group’s Managing Partners in the design and implementation of the Group’s sustainable investment strategy which spans Thematic investments, Impact investments and a dedicated sustainability-linked risk management framework. Michael also manages the firm’s academic partnership with the University of Oxford where Michael holds a senior membership at St Peter’s College.
Prior to joining Lombard Odier, Michael was Research Associate at the University of Oxford’s Centre for the Environment where he led several research initiatives as part of a European Research Council funded project titled “Finance and Development in the 21st Century” (2017-2020). Michael has held various teaching positions at the University of Oxford and Bristol University, and worked at Pictet & Cie, where he covered thematic and socially responsible investments (SRI) funds.
Michael holds a BSc in Management from HEC Lausanne, an MSc in Environment, Politics and Globalization from King’s College London and a PhD in Economic Geography from the University of Oxford.

Sara Bourhime

Deputy Head of Sustainable & Responsible Investment - Mirabaud & Cie SA

Sara Bourhime is a sustainable finance expert. Part of Mirabaud Asset Management's SRI team since 2019, she has contributed to strengthening core SRI capabilities within different asset classes. Before joining Mirabaud, Sara dived into financial and economic development as a research follow, and worked as consultant focusing on sustainability and financial inclusion. Sara holds two Master degrees in Corporate Finance (ISCAE - Morocco) and in Economics of Sustainable Development (Paris 1 - Sorbonne University), and is currently finalizing her PhD thesis in financial engineering.
