Tuleen Alkhoffash is currently a Senior Partnership Officer in the Private Sector Department (PSD) in the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)
Prior to IFAD, Tuleen was working in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) managing a portfolio of Multi Donor Trust Funds (Funded Guarantees, First -Loss Risk Cover, and Local Currency) in mainly Ukraine and West Bank and Gaza.
Tuleen possesses a M.Sc. in Public Financial Management from SOAS University and was awarded by the United States Government Meritorious Award for an innovative financial structure for the first Non-Revenue Water Project in Jordan.
