Florian Reis started his career at Bank Pictet in Geneva and then London where he became head of the investment department. He founded different companies and became part of numerous boards and management teams. In 2018, he founded Criptonite Asset-Management, a Swiss pioneer firm focused on digital asset management, authorized by FINMA.
