Charlie Habershon
Associate Partner - Dalberg
Charlie Habershon is an Associate Partner based in Nairobi where his experience spans a wide range of areas including digital agriculture, education, youth employment, and gender. He supports institutions and businesses to solve complex problems, identify opportunities and implement new initiatives.
Prior to Dalberg, Mr. Habershon worked in the education practice at PA Consulting, set-up and ran a social enterprise in Sierra Leone, and taught History and Economics in a London secondary school as part of the Teach First program. In addition, Mr. Haberson has worked with the Kenyan Government to develop national policy agendas on youth employment and a national strategy for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). He has worked extensively with Mercy Corps AgriFin program, helping their partners to develop digital products and services that smallholder farmers need to increase their productivity, incomes, and resilience. He has also worked on several gender initiatives, including supporting a foundation to design a gender-lens investment fund.
