A leader in fintech and blockchain, Mr. Gregaard has a background in banking, wealth management, and asset management.

Julian Gakpe is Private Equity Analyst at BPI. Julian Gakpe is a crypto enthusiast aiming to ramp up traditional investment funds' commitment to the crypto / web 3 revolution. Currently working for the French sovereign fund in the fund of funds department, he is deploying a €100m pocket dedicated to promoting the French ecosystem in web 3. Before joining Bpifrance, Julien began his career in Tech investment banks and in crypto ETFs. He was self-taught fullstack web developer for 3 years and did a short stint at the 42 school in Paris. Julien holds a double master's degree in international finance and management from Toulouse Business School and completed the Blockchain and Decentralized Finance program at Ecole Polytechnique.

Yannis Baala is CEO at Erable. Yannis is specialized in innovative financial models mixing tech & positive impact approaches. He is the co-founder and CEO of Erable, an investment platform enabling retail investors to access transparent and profitable impact-drivent assets. Prior to that, he worked in strategy consulting with a focus on developing countries and in the private equity industry.
