Senior Manager - International Finance Corporation (IFC)

Kruskaia is the Senior Manager of IFC’s co-investor solutions division in the syndicated loans and mobilization department. She has over 25 years of experience in international finance and has been with IFC since 2003. She leads the teams within syndications focusing on product development and programmatic approaches to debt mobilization, including $25+ billion MCPP programs, and the syndications global portfolio team. Prior to this role, she led IFC’s blended finance business and was a Principal Counsel for IFC. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs, with a concentration in economics and public policy, from Princeton University, and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
