Alpha Bacar Barry is the Minister of Vocational Training , Technical Education and Employment of Guinea. After his studies in Europe, he became a consultant for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Africa. In 2012, he participated in the American YALY ( Young African Leaders Program) and created his company Jatropha.
