Trained banker and senior business professional with a career history in blue-chip companies (S&P Global Ratings/Bloomberg/ThomsonReuters/PricewaterhouseCoopers/Ernst&Young/DaimlerChrysler).
At ICMA I am part of the Principles Secretariat and coordinate the Advisory Council and the Global Sustainable Finance Council. I led ICMA’s work on blue finance (published in 2023), sustainable sukuk (published in 2024) and nature finance (published in 2025). From 2020-2022 I was a member of the EU Platform on Sustainable Finance involved in the EU Taxonomy, EU GBS and the Social Taxonomy. I was also part of the UK DMO’s stakeholder discussion forum on the issuance of its green gilts. Currently, I am a member of various transition finance and taxonomy working groups in Asia: the ACMF’s Industry Advisory Panel, the SSFA established by MAS, the Asia Transition Finance Study Group, the UK’s Transition Finance Council Working Group on Credibility & Integrity and IOSCO’s AMCC Sustainable Finance Working Group.
Finally, I am part of the Secretariat for ICMA’s Code of Conduct for ESG Ratings and Data Products Providers.
I frequently represent ICMA at global conferences, virtual events and podcasts as moderator, panellist, key note speaker, am actively involved in ICMA’s education offering, respond to consultations on behalf of ICMA members and contribute to/write articles and papers.
