Lidia is a serial entrepreneur and strategic advisor who works with forward-thinking investors and organisations to turn capital into catalysts for wellbeing, technological innovation, and systemic change. She is the co-founder of LONVIA, a cutting-edge consulting firm specialising in science-backed wellbeing and longevity solutions for real estate, hospitality, and wellness brands. Previously, Lidia was a Consulting Partner at Alysian and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), served in the CEO’s Office at Citigroup MENA, and held senior roles in asset management at LGT Capital Partners. She holds a degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from INSEAD.
