Jonathan Normand

Founder & CEO - B Lab Switzerland

Jonathan Normand is the Founder and CEO of B Lab Switzerland Foundation, a public-interest foundation promoting impact programmes such as Swiss Triple Impact, the B Corp movement, and the Swiss Impact & Prosperity Initiative (SIPI). After 12 years in international financial institutions, he founded the consulting firm Codethic in 2009 and co-founded B Lab in Europe in 2013. He initiated the Alliance for Sustainable Enterprise and the Swiss Board for Agenda 2030. He is also a researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Geneva, and sits on several boards and advisory boards, from technology to social innovation. Jonathan writes and speaks on prosperity and systems change, with a focus on building the market infrastructure needed to place a regenerative economy at the centre of human well-being and a healthy planet.
