Diane Davoine is Strategic Lead at Mutual Value Labs, where she helps organisations build the capabilities needed to create long-term value for people and the planet while strengthening innovation and business performance. Prior to joining Mutual Value Labs, Diane spent eight years at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she led advisory and training programmes that helped companies improve social outcomes across sectors and supply chains. She has also held roles at the World Bank, the International Labour Organization and the World Economic Forum, working with private- and public-sector leaders to address societal challenges through collaborative initiatives. Throughout her career, Diane has focused on helping businesses, investors and development actors come together to generate positive change for people and communities, while creating value for organisations.
