Head of Sustainability - Pictet Alternative Advisors

Adriana has over 17 years of experience in sustainability and corporate governance. She is currently Head of Sustainability at Pictet Alternative Advisors. Adriana oversees the responsible investment strategy and sustainability agenda across private equity, real estate, private debt and hedge fund strategies. Prior to joining Pictet, Adriana was Head of ESG Integration at Alcentra, an alternative credit manager and led the climate ownership activities at Norges Bank Investment Management. Earlier in her career, she incubated early-stage climate ventures and advised policymakers on innovation strategies at the Carbon Trust. Adriana holds an M.Sc. in Management and Engineering of Environment and Energy from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, IMT Atlantique, and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
