Can the ‘Climate Incentive’ be a breakthrough for Swiss climate policy?

Economists agree: pricing emissions brings systemic climate finance incentives. However, challenges remain: from incomprehension and fear of loss of competitiveness to pressure on low-income groups. The Climate Incentive (CI) addresses these by covering all emissions and disbursing all income to citizens. CI will be critically discussed to design consensual policies.
