Wendy is an insurance expert specializing in the design and implementation of insurance products for underserved markets. As the Agriculture and Public-Private Partnerships Lead at AXA EssentiALL, AXA’s inclusive insurance business, she manages climate and agriculture insurance programmes across 14 emerging markets, with a focus on sustainability and impact. Previously, she worked at Global Parametrics, implementing parametric natural catastrophe and extreme weather programmes across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Wendy holds an MA in Economics and Geography from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Risk and Disaster Resilience from University College London.
