Moira, originally from Zimbabwe, is a Senior Lecturer at the Geneva Graduate Institute and Executive Director of NORRAG, where she leads a project on innovative financing for education. Previously, she was Deputy Director at the Public-Private Partnerships Centre, University of Geneva, and held a Visiting Research Fellowship at the UN Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD). Moira worked in the private sector in Spain and China and led education and youth policy at Oxfam GB. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and teaching qualification from the University of Oxford. Recent publications focus on systems thinking and sustainability.
