Maaike Tiersma-Woollgar is a member of the Client Transition and Business Engagement team within the UBS Chief Sustainability Office. She supports client and business division engagement on sustainability transitions, with a particular focus on developing cross-divisional carbon market solutions. Maaike holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Conservation Science from Brown University. Her work bridges scientific insight and strategic implementation, helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable finance.
