Jane Waiyaki is a Senior Sustainable Finance Expert at WWF International’s Finance Practice, where she works to mobilize private and public capital for nature-positive and climate solutions across Africa and Europe. A former banking sustainability leader with more than 13 years of financial-sector experience, Jane brings a strong understanding of financial institutions, investment decision-making and the practical barriers to financing sustainable growth. At WWF, she works with banks, investors, governments and development partners to develop sustainable finance strategies and innovative financing solutions, including blended finance and landscape-level investment approaches. Jane leads work on WWF’s Landscape Finance Approach, connecting conservation priorities with investable opportunities and financial markets to help unlock capital at scale for nature and people.
