Guillaume Toffel

Senior Legal Counsel - AMAS

Guillaume Toffel is Senior Legal Counsel at Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS). He studied law in Fribourg and Heidelberg (MLaw) as well as Philadelphia (LL.M. UPenn). Mr. Toffel was admitted to the bar in Geneva and practiced for a couple of years before joining a consulting firm specializing in financial cross-border matters. After 6 years at the asset management division of FINMA, he joined the AMAS in 2022.
