Strategic Lead - Mutual Value Labs

Diane Davoine is Strategic Lead at Mutual Value Labs, where she works with companies and investors to create long-term value for people, communities and the planet while strengthening business performance. Prior to joining Mutual Value Labs, she spent eight years at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), leading advisory and capability-building programmes across sectors and global value chains, with a focus on job quality, workforce skills development and gender equity, particularly in Africa. She also held roles at the International Labour Organization, the World Bank and the World Economic Forum, partnering with private- and public-sector actors to address social challenges through market-based approaches. Diane started her career in the financial sector, including in impact investing, where she developed an early interest in aligning financial performance with positive social and environmental outcomes. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva.
