Charles Moncheur is the founder and general manager at Kivu Tilapia – a fully integrated tilapia production facility on the shores of Lake Kivu. Since its founding, Kivu has been cash-flow positive and employs over 90 full-time staff and dozens of seasonal workers from nearby rural communities.
