Allison Voss is the Innovation Ecosystem Manager at UpLink, the innovation engine of the World Economic Forum, where she leads the organization’s early-stage innovation work across topics from nature and water to urban sustainability. She is an experienced finance professional, having worked in nature and climate investments, small and medium-sized enterprise finance, and investment banking. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
