Sustainable finance has reached scale, but not yet impact at scale. Persistent challenges, costly issuance, fragmented standards, and weak verification, limit credibility and access . Meanwhile, tokenisation, AI, and digital MRV are converging into a new financial infrastructure capable of embedding transparency, efficiency, and real-time impact into capital markets. The launch of a dedicated global taskforce (offical launch in September) marks a coordinated effort to align finance, policy, and technology around this next phase.
