Trish Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer of Cascador and Executive Director of the Empowering Economic Growth Foundation (EEGF). As a leader of the Nigeria-based Cascador ScaleUp program since its inaugural cohort, she is committed to supporting African entrepreneurs in building sustainable, innovative, and impactful companies. Prior to her role at EEGF and Cascador, Trish was an entrepreneur and consultant. She holds an MBA in Management & Strategy and a BS in Computer Information Systems. Her career spans over 25 years, during which she founded, led, and advised companies across diverse industries, including tech, healthcare, and advertising. Trish is a speaker and thought leader on topics including leadership, international capital deployment, entrepreneurship, technology, workforce dynamics, strategy, and marketing.
