Nikola Alexandre is Vice President of Nature Fund Advisory at Conservation International, where he works with institutional investors, asset managers, development finance institutions, and philanthropic organizations to mobilize capital for nature and climate. He advises on the impact design of investment vehicles, blended finance structures, and strategic partnerships that seek to channel private capital into conservation, sustainable land use, and nature-based solutions. His program currently advises on over $2.5B assets under management.

With experience spanning impact investing, conservation finance, and emerging markets, Nikola focuses on bridging the gap between global capital markets and scalable investment opportunities that deliver both financial returns and measurable environmental outcomes. He holds masters degrees in Forestry and Business Administration from Yale University and established the Restoration Program at Conservation International. He has over a decade of experience directly stewarding forest ecosystems and leading conservation teams. In addition to his role at CI, Nikola manages a working community-forest in Northern California.
