Nathalie Moral is Founding Partner of Vitamin°C, a female-led early-stage climate tech fund backing breakthrough technologies with the potential to cut or remove 100,000+ tons of CO₂ annually within five years. Founded by an investor and an operator, Vitamin°C (V°C) combines European impact discipline with Silicon Valley scaling expertise, giving founders the edge to win globally. The fund operates with a presence in Zurich and San Francisco.

Prior to V°C, she founded and led Clima Now as CEO until 2024, building it into one of Europe’s most innovative climate organizations, combining a VC arm with a non-profit arm to finance climate solutions across the full capital stack.

With a background spanning impact investing, strategic philanthropy, and venture capital, Nathalie brings a systems lens to financing climate solutions and a conviction that the most transformative climate companies are still being built, not found.

Swiss-born with Spanish roots, she was shaped early by her parents’ social work in India. She studied at the University of St. Gallen and began her career in strategy consulting at PwC in London and Bain and Company in Zurich, before helping build LGT Venture Philanthropy’s impact portfolio in Latin America. In 2012 she founded mavia, an advisory firm for strategic philanthropy and impact investing in Switzerland.
