Head of ESG for Private Equity - Tikehau Capital

Nathalia Millan is Head of ESG for Private Equity at Tikehau Capital, where she works alongside the investment teams and portfolio companies to strengthen sustainability strategies that support long-term value creation. She joined Tikehau Capital in 2020 to further develop the Group’s Sustainability and Impact investing strategy. Nathalia also sits on the sustainability governance bodies of two portfolio companies and one impact fund within the Tikehau Capital ecosystem, reinforcing the integration of sustainability into active ownership and investment decision-making.

Before Tikehau Capital, Nathalia spent over three years at INDEFI in Paris as a strategy and sustainability consultant, advising leading European asset managers, developing impact measurement methodologies, and supporting the launch of impact private equity and infrastructure funds. She began her career in 2013 in Colombia with the European Union Delegation and Oxfam, contributing to the impact measurement of sustainability projects. She holds a Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia in Bogotá.
