Lucila García

Director of International Cooperation - City of Santa Fe (Argentina)

Lucila García serves as Director of the Agency for International Cooperation, Investment and Foreign Trade of the City of Santa Fe.
Previously, she worked for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires from 2012 to 2015, at the National Ministry of Social Development from 2015 to 2017, and at the Senate of the Province of Buenos Aires from 2017 to 2021. Since 2017, she has been a member of the Board of the NGO WDN Argentina.
In 2017, she proposed the implementation of A/RES/70/176: “Proposal for a Femicide Monitoring Platform. Presentation on the Argentine Case” at the United Nations Office in Vienna.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Universidad del Salvador. She completed a postgraduate program in Public Management at Universidad de San Andrés and holds a Diploma in Project Management from Columbia University (New York).
