Charlotte Lehmann

Head of Carbon Finance - Mirova

Charlotte Lehmann is a leader in carbon finance, managing the carbon activity at Natixis from 2006 to 2012. She developed a large carbon credit purchase agreement (ERPA) portfolio and designed structured products for European companies to meet their emission reduction goals.

During her career, she worked on over 40 projects in Asia and Latin America, signing ERPAs totaling more than 15 million tCO2eq while managing risks related to delivery and registration.

After her carbon finance role, she became Executive Director in the Strategic Equity Capital Markets team at Natixis CIB, where she focused on collateralized financing and derivative structures. Since joining Mirova in 2022, she has led the carbon investment team and managed the investment funds along with their respective portfolios.

She holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Nancy and a MSc in Modelling and Mathematics applied to Economy from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University.
