Stephanie Arnold is a Senior Manager in EY Switzerland’s Sustainable Finance team with 10 years of experience supporting financial institutions on ESG management, sustainability reporting, and sustainability strategy and risk management. She has supported numerous Swiss and international clients from the financial sector in the implementation of CSRD, OR 964a ff., ISSB, TCFD and related frameworks, through e.g. materiality assessments, climate and impact investing strategies, carbon accounting, and science based target setting. In addition to her principal role as an advisor, Stephanie brings strong assurance experience, having led sustainability assurance projects for Swiss banks and insurers. Prior to EY, Stephanie worked as an ESG Analyst for an impact investor and a leading European asset manager. She holds an MSc in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris and a BA in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen.
